Do you need to return something?

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Kitten Beachwear purchase. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason,please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you would like to return an order by mailing us at info@kittenbeachwear.com

Returns must then be received by us within 2 weeks (for domestic returns 10 business days) or 28 business days for international returns from when your item is shipped out. A refund will then be issued within 10 business days providing the garment has not been worn,washed,altered or damaged in any way. Items should be in their original condition including all tags and original packaging. Customers will be responsible for all shipping, secure packaging and handling charges to return any unwanted items that are not faulty. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit. We would therefore advise sending all packages fully tracked. We reserve the right to deduct any additional taxes and duties incurred due to incorrect international postage fees.

    • Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to try a different size or colour, please create a return and re-order in a different size.

    • Any order returned to Kitten Beachwear is at the customers expense

    • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. All successfully returned items will be refunded by the original method of payment, minus any original shipping charges and import duties incurred by Kitten Beachwear.
    • Sale items are non refundable.
    • We will not refund if goods are worn, damaged or stained in any way, this includes smelling of perfume.
    • All goods will be inspected on return.
    • All designs and styles are quality control checked and do not pass as such unless they are 100% perfect. In the instance of faulty or damaged goods, on receipt of the garment we will contact you to confirm receipt and then begin the assessment process and involve Laboratory testing, its  outcome that can take up to 28 Business days to process.
    • The goods are your full responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
    • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
    • We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send it back to you & will not refund.
    • We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion lead to the closure of your Kitten Beachwear account and future orders being refused.
